Abstract:
PURPOSE: To send a packet through a packet exchange network or a packet having a direct packet transmission timing to a tested device with excellent reproducibility.
CONSTITUTION: When an external packet is stored in a packet storage memory 4, a time stamp representing a reception time is added to each packet in an absolute time or a relative time and a data time stamp separation circuit 6 separates the packet with the time stamp added thereto stored in the packet storage memory 4 into a packet and a time stamp and the time stamp is compared with an output of a time counter 11 at a time comparator circuit 10 and a transmission control circuit 8 sends the packet according to the time stamp.
