Abstract:
To make a virtual assistant joint a telephone conversation at an appropriate timing during the telephone conversation even if it has no function for making the virtual assistant participate in the telephone conversation.SOLUTION: A packet monitoring device 1 comprises a control part 1a and a monitoring part 1b. The monitoring part 1b monitors communication packet data of a telephone conversation between telephone machines including at least one private branch exchanger in a network. In the network, the plurality of private branch exchanges are connected with the private branch exchanger housing the plurality of private branch exchangers. The control part 1a executes sound recognition processing to the communication packet data monitored by the monitoring part 1b. If a predetermined keyword is contained in its recognition result, the control part 1a executes calling processing that calls a virtual assistant. The control part 1a executes mixing processing for mixing a sound of the virtual assistant to the telephone conversation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
