Abstract:
To provide a packet transmitter and receiver avoiding a situation wherein many packets are transmitted to a receiving terminal in a short time in packet communication.
The packet transmitter and receiver comprises a communication network, a transmission terminal, the receiving terminal, and a packet relaying unit, and the packet relaying unit receives a packet group sequentially transmitted from the transmission terminal to the communication network, and retransmits the packet group belonging to the same packet class such as the same packet number to the communication network at a time interval being a minimum time interval or over.
