PURPOSE: To shorten a packing time by wrapping a product in a heat sealable plastic film, and deaerating before the film is closed by application of vacuum.

CONSTITUTION: Two product feed conveyors 8 are mounted along an inner wall of a forming tube 6, and the extraction ducts 9 are mounted on the upper and lower parts of each conveyor 8. A device for applying vacuum to the forming tube 6 through a nozzle 10 mounted on an upper part of the forming tube 6 is mounted near an end having an inlet 7 spreading toward the end. A system for continuously feeding a heat sealable plastic film 11 from at least one roller 12 is mounted under the forming tube 6. A plastic cylinder is welded to a continuous plastic cylinder by a heat welder 15, and two plastic tube collection clip systems 17, 18 are mounted at a downstream of the forming tube 6. A cutting tool is mounted between two collection clip systems 17, 18. Whereby a product is packed in the film tube, the vacuum is applied to the tube for deaerating the tube before an end is closed, and the tube is clipped and cut.
