To provide a packing machine which can surely put a component discharged from a supply chute into a bag.

The packing machine, which includes: reciprocating means 30 which sucks a bag 5 having an opening and conveys the bag in horizontal direction; opening means 40 which sucks an upper part of the bag 5 which is conveyed and is slidable forward and backward; and a supply chute 65 which is disposed above the bag 5 which is opened by the opening means 40 and discharges a component supplied from an upper part to a lower part, has a configuration that the supply chute 65 is connected to elevating means 70 which is movable upward and downward, and a lower end of the supply chute 65 enters into the bag 5 which is opened. According to this configuration, the components discharged from the supply chute 65 are all guided to inside of the bag 5 which is opened without passing through outside of the bag 5 to fall, and a predetermined amount of the component can be put into the bag 5.
