CONSTITUTION: In the high temperature side 2A of the space between outer skin constituting members 2A, 2B to constitute inner and outer surfaces 1A, 1B of a vacuum heat insulating body 1, a plurality of inorganic fiber sheets and metallic foils with small heat radiation ratio are alternately laminated, a laminated body 5 which is packed in the thickness direction is provided, the silica type inorganic fiber board 6 which is compressed to the density capable of withstanding the pressure equivalent to the atmospheric pressure to the vacuum is packed between the laminated body 5 and the inner surface of the low temperature side 2B of the outer skin constituting member, and the outer skin constituting members 2A, 2B are sealed to be evacuated.
