PURPOSE: To prevent damage of a terminal at the time of deburring by providing a coated layer covering an upper wall and a side wall having a membrane switch with a soft synthetic resin, covering a terminal to take out a signal and providing a covering member projected from the lower part of the aforementioned coated layer.
CONSTITUTION: An installation member 39, membrane switches 29a, 29b are inserted into a pad 2, and a coated layer 27 of an upper wall 22 and a side wall 21 is formed of urethan form. On a connector terminal where lead wires 30a, 31a, 31b are taken out of the membrane switches 29a, 29b and connected, a connector part 37 is formed as a covering member to cover the terminal in such a way to project from a lower edge part 27a of the coated layer 27. The terminal is inserted into the connector part 37 and moulded. When the coated layer is moulded, there grows burr on the contact part of an upper mould and the connector part 37. At the time of cutting off this burr, damage of the terminal is prevented by this connector part 37.
