Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sqeeze-out of ink from the boundary of printed patterns at time of printing in a pad printing machine, in which ink for printing is applied into a pattern groove for printing provided on the face of a printing die for corrugated fiberboard and excess ink is scraped by using a blade and ink applied into the pattern groove for printing is printed by using a transfer pad.
SOLUTION: Ink leaks on the outer periphery of a blade and is solidified and a solid material of ink is stuck. The solid material of ink is dissolved by bringing the same into contact with a solvent absorber impregnated with a solvent. Thereby, the blade is cleaned.
