Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a padding paper feeding device capable of easily and correctly regulating the contact pressure of a friction roller and capable of correctly feeding the padding paper one by one at the prescribed position in the padding paper feeding device to feed the padding paper by turning the friction roller brought into contact with the padding paper.
SOLUTION: A friction roller 46 supported by an arm 41 is brought into contact with a padding paper P on a loading table 1 to be connected to a motor 33, an air cylinder 36 is connected to the arm 41 so as to regulate the contact pressure of the friction roller 6, a guide plate 24 is oscillatingly supposed by a supporting rod 21 fitted at the position lower than the upper surface of the loading table 1, the guide plate 24 is brought into contact with the padding paper P to be fed, a photoelectric sensor 35 to detect the padding paper P is provided forward of the guide plate 24 in the feeding direction, a lower side padding paper fixing mechanism to fix the padding paper P on the lower side of the highest padding paper P is provided, and the motor 33 and the air cylinder 36 are controlled by the detected output of the photoelectric sensor 35.
