PURPOSE: To eliminate the deviation of changeover and to make a screen easy to see by simultaneously switching the screens when paging-displaying plural pictures by the introduction of one frame one heading system with plural channels.

CONSTITUTION: Video data is prepared from preparation data and screen format in a first memory 37 by a television control part 39, and the video data is stored in a second memory 38. Then, television control modules 30 and 31 output display pictures to television sets 33 and 34 respectively, and the display pictures are outputted and displayed on the television sets 33 and 34 until the instruction for changeover comes from a CPU29. In this case, when there is a switching instruction from the CPU29, it is successively updated on the screen. Therefore, the changeover instruction front the CPU29 is simultaneously supplied to the television control modules 30 and 31, the pictures of the television sets 33 and 34 are simultaneously updated. Thus, the separate changeover of the screen is not performed so that the picture becomes easy to see.
