Data on the paid-in amount are stored in the cellular phone 14, and the cellular phone 14 and the vending machine 3 are connected by radio. The data on the paid-in amount stored in the cellular phone 14 are transmitted to the vending machine 3, and the data on the paid-in amount are written in a card by the card reader/writer 19 inside the vending machine 3.
