Abstract:
To provide a paint mist collection device installable in a bent part of a coating booth exhaust route.SOLUTION: A plurality of vertical plates having a plurality of openings and a plurality of slits extending from peripheral edges across the openings in-between are inserted into a plurality of lateral plates having a plurality of openings and a plurality of slits extending from peripheral edges across the openings in-between, such that the slits of the vertical plates are aligned with the slits of the lateral plate. A lattice structure is formed by the plurality of vertical plates and the plurality of lateral plates in cooperation. A bent air passage is formed in the lattice structure, and the lattice structure is housed in a box body. An outlet opening is formed in one of a pair of wall surfaces of the box body facing the lateral plates of the lattice structure. An inlet opening is formed in one of a pair of wall surfaces of the box body facing a lattice shape of the lattice structure, the inlet opening being disposed adjacent the other of the pair of wall surfaces of the box body facing the lateral plate of the lattice structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
