Abstract:

To provide a novel painted plywood for concrete form capable of overcoming surface defects such as a knot and eccentricity of hardness originated in a conifer member, having a high degree of smoothness, having effect for preventing a crack caused by drying, and being usable in place of a broadleaf tree member.

This painted plywood for concrete form is formed by providing a plywood whose at least outermost surface is made of the conifer member, a wood filling painted layer, a sheet layer through adhesive, and a finish coat painted layer in this order. Preferably, a paper or a nonwoven fabric of 10 to 50 g/m2 having a degree of air permeation of about 0.5 to 60 seconds is used in the sheet layer.
