Abstract:
To provide a pallet stacking condition detection system and a method thereof.SOLUTION: A pallet stacking condition detection system that controls a stack unit to stack multiple identical items on a pallet in an array includes: a processing module; a control module; and an imaging module, and a warning module. The processing module and the control module control the stacking unit to arrange the items into odd and even layers of items, respectively. The imaging module captures an odd-layer image after the stack unit finishes arranging the items in the odd-layer and an even-layer image after the stack unit finishes arranging the items in the even-layer. The detection module and the warning module generate a warning signal when the odd-layer image or the even-layer image is detected to be abnormal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
