To provide a pallet keeping stand which can prevent a box type pallet from falling down by a simple structure, and is excellent in operability by an operator.
The pallet keeping stand 1 has a pallet placing part 21, a main support 23, a falling-down preventing member 3 and an operating member 4. The falling-down preventing member 3 and the operating member 4 prevent the box type pallet 7 placed on the pallet placing part 21 from falling down forward at a falling-down preventing position 102. The pallet keeping stand 1 is constituted so that, the falling-down preventing member 3 is rotated from the retreating position to the falling-down preventing position 102 by moving a rotating roller 411 on the operating member 4 along the falling-down preventing member 3 while the rotating roller 411 is rotated when the operating member 4 is rotated to the falling-down preventing position 102 from the retreating position by operating an operating part 42.
