To drain water at the time of cleaning by washing with water of a pallet for load receiving, and easily remove dust and dirt, etc., and reduce the cost by forming at least one through hole on the bottom surface of a circular bowl-shaped protuberance which is provided on the lower surface of a square flat base plate.

A square flat base plate 1 comprises a metal plate such as a steel plate or a hard synthetic resin plate. On the lower surface of the square flat base plate 1, nine circular bowl-shaped protuberances 2 when being seen from the top having the same depth dimension t1, and four circular ribs 3 when being seen from the top, having a dimension t2 which is substantially shallower than the depth dimension t1 of the protuberance 2, which are integrally formed, are provided. Then, on the bottom surface of the circular bowl-shaped protuberance 2 when being seen from the top, one through hole 4 which occupies almost total area of the bottom surface, is formed. Thus, by forming the through hole 4, when the pallet for load receiving is cleaned by washing with water, the draining of water becomes possible, and dust and dirt, etc., can be easily removed.
