Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize downsizing so as not to occupy installation space while securing a carrying distance.
CONSTITUTION: A device has a carrying stand 17 installed movably freely in the same direction with the carrying direction of a pallet 13 so that the pallet 13 travels on a replacing device body 16, the first actuator 22 to move the carrying stand 17 in the same direction with the pallet and the second actuator 27 where a pinion 29 is arranged rotatably freely on the tip of a transmission part of the actuator arranged on the carrying stand, and has a rack 31 which extends in a straight line shape in the carrying direction of the pallet 13 fixed to the carrying stand side so as to be the first meshing part with which a gear 29 meshes and the second rack 32 fixed to the pallet 13 side in parallel in a pair with each other so that the pinion 29 can mesh simultaneously with the rack 31.
