To provide a low-cost panel connecting fitting which does not require a special panel reinforced by reinforcing muntins for the panel to be used.
The panel connecting fitting R includes: hook screws 20, 21, 22 projected at the respective positions of an uppermost part, a lowermost part, and an intermediate part of upper and lower rails and an intermediate horizontal muntin on the back of the first panel; and hooks 30 consisting of different hooks of an upper hook 35, a lower hook 40, and an intermediate hook 45, which are hooked to the hook screws respectively. Especially, the upper hook is formed with a hook projection 35b on one end and also with a mounting plate 35c on the other end, while the hook projection is provided with an insertion opening 55 on the mounting plate side and adjusted to an uppermost position of a stile face 12a to fix the mounting plate to a second panel P2. The lower hook at the opposing side from the upper hook is formed with a hook projection 40b on the other end and with a mounting plate 40 on the one end, and the hook projection on the opposite side to the mounting plate side is provided with an insertion opening 56 and adjusted to a lowermost position of the stile face to fix the mounting plate to the second panel.
