Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently conduct straightening by smoothly conducting a feed to straighten a bent panel.
SOLUTION: In the panel continuous straightening apparatus to straighten a bent panel P in which a reinforcing rib i is mounted along the longitudinal direction and is bent in a plane, the apparatus is provided with a bending detection means to detect a reference face S following bending of the panel P, a roller traverse device, which moves a strain removal roller device 6 and reverse strain forming roller devices 7R, 7L in the panel width direction and adjusts a pressing position of upper/lower straightening rollers 6a-6d, a roller turning device, which adjusts a pressing angle of the rollers by turning these upper/lower straightening rollers 6a-6d each around a vertical axis, and a straightening controller to drive control the roller traverse device and the roller turning device based on a signal of the bending detection means.
