To provide a panel structure whose surface is curved in an intended shape.
A plate-shaped flat panel 10 and a reinforcement panel 20 on which a reference plate part 21 and plural pyramid-shaped projections 23 protruding therefrom are formed are prepared. Apexes 25 of the pyramid-shaped projections of the reinforcement panel 20 and a back face 12 of the flat panel 10 are made to face each other. A first mold 40 and a second mold 45 are then used to elastically deform the flat panel 10 and the reinforcement panel 20 such that a surface 11 of the flat panel 10 becomes to be an intended shape, and during the elastic deformation the apexes 25 of the plural pyramid-shaped projections 23 of the reinforcement panel 20 and the back face 12 of the flat panel 10 are bonded with an adhesive agent 5.
