CONSTITUTION: The lower end of a corner panel 3 arranged along two faces interposing one corner of the steel corner posts 2 and apart from the corner post 2 and a panel plate 5 cut at the opening 4 of the adjacent house to the corner panel 3 are bolted at the receiver 7 horizontally extended to the outside from the panel receiving metal tool 6 bolted at the corner post 2, through a water drain plate 9.
