Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a panel having strong flexural rigidity by forming extruded sections, which have hollow sections and are made of aluminum, and forcibly fitting reinforcing members consisting of a plurality of metal plates into each hollow section.
CONSTITUTION: Extruded sections 1 composed of flat upper and lower walls 3 and left and right side walls 4 and five partition walls 5 in parallel with the left and right side walls 4 and having the same height as the side walls 4 and made of aluminum are molded, and parallel-shaped hollow sections 6 are formed in the longitudinal direction of the sections 1. Reinforcing members 2 made up of upper and lower tapered opposed walls 8 and left and right tapered opposed walls 9 are molded in oblong-shaped vertical walls 7, and the reinforcing members 2 are fitted forcibly into each hollow section 6 of the extruded sections 1. Accordingly, a panel having strong flexural rigidity in the longitudinal direction and also having strong flexural rigidity in the width direction can be acquired.
