Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panorama video information generation device for generating panorama video information by quickly and highly accurately joining a plurality of pieces of video information with high resolutions with which a part of a photographic region overlaps, a panorama video information generation method to be used therefor, and a program for panorama video information generation.SOLUTION: The panorama video information generation device comprises: an imaging information acquisition part 11 for successively acquiring first imaging information and second imaging information as frame image information respectively from first video information and second video information with which a part of a photographic region overlaps; a reduced image information generation part 12 for generating first reduced image information from the first imaging information, and for generating second reduced image information from the second imaging information; a seam information acquisition part 13 for searching a joint line for joining the first reduced image information and the second reduced image information, and for acquiring position information of the searched joint line as seam information; and a switching processing part 18 for joining the pertinent first imaging information and second imaging information on the basis of the acquired seam information to successively generate panorama image information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
