Abstract:
An underpants-type absorbent article (1) in which at least a ventral waist portion (20) has an upper-side portion (AU) above an absorbent body (10) in the vertical direction and a core-side portion (AC) overlapping an absorbent core (11A) in the front-rear direction, and n which a plurality of rubber threads (23) have an upper-side rubber thread (23u) disposed on the upper-side portion (AU) and a core-side rubber thread (23c) disposed on the core-side portion (AC), wherein the average value of the pitch between the upper-side rubber threads (23u) in the upper-side portion (AU) is less than the average value of the pitch between the core-side rubber threads (23c) in the core-side portion (AC), and the value obtained by dividing the magnitude of the force that extends the upper-side portion (AU) per unit length in the left-right direction by the vertical-direction length (H1) of the upper-side portion (AU) is less than the value obtained by dividing the magnitude of the force that extends the core-side portion (AC) per unit length in the left-right direction by the vertical-direction length (H3) of the core-side portion (AC).
