To stabilize adhesiveness, make separation positive, effect indication to the surface of an adhesive layer by writing implements, and tender pattern printing for the ground decoration possible by printing ink by forming a writable adhesive separation layer on either surface of quality paper to be a base material through application of specific paint, and allowing sepearaion strength to be a specific value.
The adhesive separation layer is formed by applying a solvent paint containing an about 30% maleic acid amide copolymer on either surface of quality paper to be a base material on the order of about 2-3 g/m2 at a drying weight per one surface to then be dried in the order of about 100°C. In this manner, the separation strength on the surface of the adhesive separation layer becomes about 2-25 g/25 mm at the value of an 180 degree separation method corresponding to JIS-Z-0237. Existence of the separation strength in this region prevents a stuck adhesive seal photograph from being dropped carelessly and gives an appropriate adhesive separation resistance. Patterning print for ground decoration given as required is partially formed on the surface of an adhesive separation layer through a printing method using usual printing ink.
