Abstract:
To provide a paper compressing apparatus for a document shredder apparatus, which can reduce a variation in a paper compression rate and can stably produce paper lumps for compression.
This apparatus comprises a compression chamber of which the sectional form is a polygon including a quadrilateral, whereby drag of the paper lumps for compression upon the rotation of the compression part can be prevented, and a variation of resistance to friction against the inner wall of the compression chamber can be reduced to realize a stable compression.
