To provide a paper cup which is excellent in barrier properties for preventing an oxygen gas, steam or the like from permeating, avoids a failure in sealing, liquid leakage or the like due to the occurrence of the pinholes, prevents spoilage or the like of contents, and also is excellent in storing and preserving properties or the like by preventing a crack or the like from occurring on a vapor deposition film of an inorganic oxide such as silicon oxide and aluminum oxide constituting a transparent barrier film as a barrier material and also to eliminate the occurrence of baking pinholes or the like.
The paper cup consists of a tubular cup barrel member and a bottom member for sealing the bottom of the tubular cup barrel member. The tubular cup barrel member and the bottom member are constituted of a laminate material at least comprising a paper base material, an adhesive layer consisting of two polyolefin-based resin layers, a barrier layer including a vapor deposition film of inorganic oxide and a primer agent layer provided on one of surfaces of a base film, and an innermost layer, which are sequentially laminated.
