Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper cutting device which properly cuts paper even when a cut-off region is not nipped by a pair of conveyance rollers, and further to surely recover a cut-off piece that is an unnecessary part generated by the cutting, by letting the same fall into a cut-off piece box below a cutting section and not transferring the same to a downstream part in a conveyance path.SOLUTION: A paper cutting device includes: paper conveyance menas for conveying paper; cutting means for cutting the paper in a width direction orthogonal to a conveyance direction of the paper; and paper holding means for holding the paper in the conveyance path during the cutting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A
