This paper delivery device has a delivery fan 110 rotating a newspaper sent out of a folder in a state of being stored between mutual blades 111 and a deliver belt 140 successively placing the newspaper stored in this delivery fan 110, and has a stripper belt 2 provided with a plurality of projection parts 21 and a moving means moving the projection parts 21 at a predetermined printing paper delivery speed, and is constituted so that a rear side surface of the projection parts 21 abuts on a tip part of the printing paper stored in the delivery fan 110, and the projection parts 21 deliver the printing paper at the printing paper delivery speed to be pushed out of the delivery fan 110.
