PURPOSE: To reduce the wear on a feed wheel for paper tape and edge card by scattering the inertia loads and friction loads of the paper tape and edge card to the portion of the paper feeding device which is engaged with sprocket pins and elastic materials provided on the peripheral surface of the sprocket.
