PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device as well as reduce a cost by reducing the number of solenoids and motors.
SOLUTION: If a detected member 139 is in a non-detective position, a second member 134 is positioned in a second prohibited position when a first member 133 is moved to a first permitted position by a solenoid 135, and the second member 134 is positioned in a second permitted position when the first member 133 is moved to a first prohibited position by the solenoid 135. If the detected member 139 is in a detective position, the second member 134 is positioned in the second prohibited position when the first member 133 is moved to the first permitted position by the solenoid 135, and the second member 134 is stayed in the second prohibited position when the first member 133 is moved to the first prohibited position by the solenoid 135.
