Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper folding roll which is provided in a paper folding machine for pasting sheets and enables providing a paste relief groove capable of avoiding contact with a paste application place of a suitable paper material in a single paper folding roll, by dividing a roll member sending out by direct contact with a paper material into a plurality of pieces followed by making freely movable in an axial direction to a shaft rod.SOLUTION: A paper folding roll provided in a paper folding machine for pasting sheets includes a columnar shaft rod 1, and a plurality of cylindrical roll members 2 engaged with an outer peripheral surface of the shaft rod. The inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical roll member 2 is attached around with a coil spring 3 as an elastic body, one end of the coil spring is fixed to a roll member inner peripheral surface, and the other end is made to a free end, and the cylindrical roll member 2 is made freely movable to the columnar shaft rod 1 while rotating only in one direction so as to arrange the cylindrical roll members 2 at a prescribed interval.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
