Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a daily necessity making an effective use of paper and waste materials by a method wherein a plurality of platelike paper materials are laminated, cylindrical paper materials are provided around the laminate and the laminate and the cylindrical paper materials are made up into an integral form by resins.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of plate-like paper materials, e.g. corrugated cardboards, are laid one upon another in such a manner that the corrugation directions of the inner layers of plate-like paper materials 12A and 12C intersect the corrugation directions of the inner layer of a plate-like paper material 12B at right angles. By joining together the paper materials 12A, 12B and 12C in this way, the resulting laminated plate can be increased in thickness and strength. A plurality of paper-made tubes 14 are provided around a plate-like paper material 12 and are connected together into a rectangular form by joints 16. In doing so, the frame of the laminated plate is formed to increase its strength. Since the paper-made tubes 14 and the joints 16 are secured together and since the outer boundary of a laminated panel is fixed, resin is poured to form a resin part 26.
