PURPOSE: To improve the cutting ability and durability of a paper-made saw blade which is equipped on an adequate position on a wrapping film containing paper box and easily and safely recycle the used paper box, by a method wherein an inorganic hardening agent which easily dissolves in an alkaline aqueous solution is applied on the tip of the paper-made saw blade.
CONSTITUTION: A blank which forms a wrapping film containing paper box of a rectangular solid consists of at least a front panel 20, a bottom panel 21, a rear panel 22, a top cover panel 23, a front tack flap 24 and left and right side panels 25 which continue with each other via folding lines. Pasting margin flaps 26 are extended from both left and right sides of the front and rear panels 20 and 22. A paper-made saw blade 10 is arranged along the upper edge of the front panel 20 (or along the lower edge of the front tack flap 24). An inorganic hardening agent which easily dissolves into an alkaline aqueous solution is coated on or impregnated in the tip of the paper-made saw blade 10 to harden the tip of the blade 10. Thereby, the cutting ability and durability of the paper-made saw blade 10 is improved and the used paper box is easily and safely recyclable to raw material for paper making.
