Abstract:
A papermaking method conducted using a papermaking machine which includes a pump (1), a screen (2) located downstream from the pump (1), and a head box (3) disposed downstream from the screen (2). Downstream from the pump (1), an aqueous papermaking thickener solution having a concentration of 0.1-3.0 wt.% is added to a feed pulp slurry from which impurities are to be removed with the screen (2).
