Abstract:

To improve the efficiency of removal of paper money jamming in a transfer rail in a paper transfer device incorporated in a double-sided type game machine island and designed to transfer paper money by pinching it by a belt and a roller.

The body of a paper transfer device 1 is formed of a transparent material, and luminous bodies 25 for lighting are provided symmetrically on the front side and the rear side of the paper money transfer device 1 correspondingly to paper passage sensors 15 provided in parallel at an appropriate interval in the longitudinal direction thereof. Luminous bodies 26 corresponding to the paper passage sensors 15 one-to-one are arranged in a position visible from the outside. The luminous bodies 26 made to light in jam trouble occurrence positions makes it possible to judge on which side of a game machine row has occurred. Since the paper money transfer device 1 is illuminated by the luminous bodies 25 from the front side and the rear side, the shadow is prevented from being cast on the hands in removal work.
