This paper for the multi-color web offset printing machine, regarding to an upper wound paper in 0-50m wound length from the end of winding and a lower wound paper in 0-50m wound length from the beginning of winding in winding the paper, is characterized by exhibiting ≤0.04% |A-B| by taking A (%)=(A2-A1)x100/A1 dimensional changing ratio of the upper wound paper, and B (%)=(B2-B1)x100/B1 dimensional changing ratio of the lower wound paper, among the length A1 (upper wound paper) and length B1(lower wound paper) in MD direction after adjusting humidity as 50% relative humidity at 23°C for 4 hr by applying a definite load on the paper, and then the length A2 (upper wound paper) and length B2 (lower length paper) in MD direction by holding the paper for 1 hr after elevating the relative humidity to 80%.
