To provide a paper piece for forming an information masking postcard to be utilized for forms of various applications or the like required in the case of receiving loans from financial institutions or the like and masking and conveying information not to be known to others such as the contents of transactions.
An application form is formed into a twofold postcard constituted of an upper piece 1 and a lower piece 2 through a folding machine 11. An interposing sheet 4 formed of first and second release papers 43a and 43b facing each other through respective transparent adhesive masses 42a and 42b on the face opposite to bonding faces of two transparent films 41a and 41b pseudo- bonded 40 each other are bonded on the whole inner side edge of the upper piece 1 by the adhesive mass 42a exposed only along one end edge of the lower face of the film 41a, and a connecting piece 3 is formed by a folding and cutting machine 12 on the opposite side of the folding machine 11.
