Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a paper-polyurethane composite regenerated molded object by using papers and a thermosetting polyurethane foam waste material as a raw material and compressing the raw material without using an adhesive or another binder.
SOLUTION: A fluffy material obtained by the dry opening treatment of papers and the thermosetting polyurethane foam waste material are subjected to grinding treatment to obtain a fine powder having thony projections. This fine powder is mixed under predetermined pressure to be compactly integrated and held in a heating atmosphere for a predetermined time to be shaped into a final shape.
