To provide a paper post-processing device that realizes space saving at a low cost and has a function of cutting paper while effectively removing bulge of a paper bundle, and an image forming system.
The paper post-processing device has a staple processing tray F which performs aligning and binding by stacking paper, a center folding tray G for folding the bound paper into two, a cutter 112 that is arranged on the downstream side of the center folding tray G and cuts the end of the two-folded paper bundle, and pressing members (a cradle 119a, a pressing spring 116, a pressing roller 117) for removing the bulge by applying an appropriate pressing force to a bulge part of the paper loaded on a paper delivering tray 123 of the most downstream section. The pressing members operate and press the paper bundle even in cutting by the cutter 112.
