Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the positional adjustment of a paper roll in lateral direction by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The both ends of a paper roll shaft 28 to which a paper roll is installed are installed pivotally on a pair of rollers 38 and 40 slidably and rotatably along the axial direction across right and left frames 24 and 26. Also a screw 42 with a knob 42a is screwed into the screw hole in the frame 24, and the top end of the screw 42 locks the axial movement of one end of the paper roll shaft 28. In the frame 26, a scroller pressing shaft 46 repelled by a spring 50 is installed slidably in axial direction, and the top end of the scroller pressing shaft 46 repels the other end of the paper roll shaft 28 in the direction of the screw 42. Then one end of the paper roll shaft 28 is brought in contact elastically with the top end of the screw 42 by a repulsion force.
