Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet bundle binding machine for performing a tighter winding and sealing of a band around a paper sheet bundle, and suppressing a load on a support member for supporting the paper sheet bundle.SOLUTION: A paper sheet bundle binding machine 100 includes: a placement side fastening plate 21 and a pasting side fastening plate 31 for sandwiching a paper sheet bundle 7 therebetween; and a binding mechanism 10 for winding a band around the paper sheet bundle 7, the placement side fastening plate 21, and the pasting side fastening plate 31 in a state where the paper sheet bundle 7 is sandwiched between the placement side fastening plate 21 and the pasting side fastening plate 31. The placement side fastening plate 21 includes rising parts 21a provided at positions which are sandwiched between a band 15 and the paper sheet bundle 7 and face the end part of the paper sheet bundle 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
