The paper sheet bundling apparatus comprises upper and lower film rolls 14 and 15, a welding and cutting unit 12 to heat upper and lower films 4a and 4b which are delivered from the film rolls 14 and 15 to cover a bundle T on a rear end side in the bundle transferring direction, and welded and cut, an apparatus body 1 in which the film rolls 14 and 15 and the welding and cutting unit 12 are disposed in a separately manner, and a slider 22 to support the film nulls 14 and 15 in an accessible manner to/from the apparatus body 1.
