To eject a paper sheet without disturbing the process and without a danger by operating a suction means and a link-type driving means in the predetermined sequence at the time of discharging the paper sheet, and stopping the suction work by one sheet so as to incline a paper stopper backward, and moving the paper sheet, which is fed by an endless chain, in the carrying direction without sucking it downward.
In ordinary, a paper stopper 5 is vertically arranged, and a temporary paper receiver plate 6 is horizontally drawn in the base end direction. A hole of a valve 10 is directed upward in the condition that a paper sheet 1 can be sucked. At the time of discharging the paper sheet, a chain gripper 21 achieves just over a rotary shell 1, and an actuator 9 is rotated, and the valve 10 is moved to a non-suction position. The suction work is thereby stopped for a time that one sheet of the paper sheet 1 is passed through, and the paper stopper 5 is inclined downstream side with a little delay, and horizontally arranged. The paper sheet 1, which is fed by the endless chain, is not sucked downward, and a front part thereof rides over the paper stopper 5 for discharge. With this structure, a paper sheet at the predetermined position can be selected, and easily and safely discharged for ejection without disturbing the process.
