PURPOSE: To easily eliminate jamming by installing a guide member in shiftable ways and installing one holding and transporting member onto said guide member, in the captioned apparatus in which the paper-sheets transported through the guide member are carried-out by a pair of holding and transporting members.

CONSTITUTION: The original-copy feeding apparatus 1B of a copying machine is constituted of a separating feeding apparatus 2 and a transport part 3, and the original-copy transported one by one from the separating feeding apparatus 2 is transported to a prescribed position on a light exposure board 4 in the transportation part 3, and after copying is completed, said original-copy is discharged onto a paper discharging tray 308 through a curved guide (guide member) 310. In this case, the curved guide 310 is supported in swingable ways, having the intermediate part as fulcrum, and a paper discharging idle roller 312A as a holding and transporting member is axially supported rotatably onto the top edge part of the guide 310, and opposed to a paper discharging driving roller 312B. Therefore, the clogging of paper sheets midway on the transportation passage including the both rollers 312A and 312B can be easily eliminated.
