PURPOSE: To perform normal stacking action regardless of the height of stacked paper slips by supporting a stack switch, provided with an actuator protruding from the guide wall of an erected part moved by a moving means, slidably at a guide part through a bracket inside the erected part.
CONSTITUTION: A bracket 54 for supporting a stack switch 53 provided with an actuator 61 is moved along a slide hole 57 so as to dispose the switch 53 in a low position when the height measure of stacked labels is small and in a high position when the height measure of the labels is large, and the actuator 61 is disposed in an approximately constant position from the upper ends of the labels of varied height measure. Accordingly, at the time of reaching a stage of generating such laminating pressure as to close the switch 53 because of increase in the number of labels sent in between a housing and a paper slip receiving member 31, the closed time of the switch 53 caused by the labels being stacked is prevented from becoming longer than the case of stacking the labels of small height measure.
