Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper creasing device in which a straight crease without back cracks can be obtained even if it is a card-board or thin paper by changing a direction of the convex shape of a creasing line with simple operation.SOLUTION: Paper creasing device comprises creasing rollers facing each other (creasing upper rollers 618, 718 and creasing lower rollers 619, 719), includes a creasing mechanism 500 for forming a creasing line in a sheet P passing through them, and includes a folding mechanism 400 for folding a sheet P along a creasing line in the downstream. The creasing rollers are formed of ridges and recessed grooves for circulating an outer circumferential surface at predetermined intervals in an axial direction. The recessed grooves of one creasing roller and the ridges of the other creasing roller are oppositely disposed, and the creasing rollers of one side are axially moved to the other side, and whereby an upper and lower arrangement between the recessed groove and the ridge can be replaced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
