PURPOSE: To make unnecessary the re-adjustment after assembling, by fitting the tape guide conducting both the side ridges of paper tape and the sprocket wheel guide on the punch block.
CONSTITUTION: The tape guide 21 has the guide side pieces 21a, 21b orthogonal to the punch pin group inserted to the hole 18, and it is screwed to the punch block 11 so that the distance between the inside surface of the piece 21b and the punch pin for the carried hole can be specified value relating to the distance between the reference ridge of paper tape and the carried hole. In the sprocket wheel guide 25, the sprocket wheel 23 is guided to the cut groove 25a and fixed on the block 11 so that the train of the pins 23a can be in agreement with the carried hole track of paper tape. Since the guides 21, 25 are directly fitted to the punch block, no re-adjustment in maintenance is required.
