The paper having 2-5 ratio of shrinkage/elongation is preferably used as the lining paper 2. The application method is characterized in that when the paper wallpapers 1A and 1A are stuck in parallel, the wallpapers 1A and 1A are stuck so that the overlapping width 4 of one paper wallpaper 1A may be the lowest layer of the edge part of the other paper wallpaper 1A to form a joint part.
