Coupling of both split pieces 1a and 1b is made conveniently and surely achievable by forming a recessed groove 2 at an end of one side split piece 1a, forming also a projection 3 at the end of other split piece 1b, and enabling the projection 3 to be taken out and put in the recessed groove 2. A slide piece 9 is slidably set up in this guide groove 8 by forming a pair of opposing guide grooves 8 and 8 in this recess 7, while forming the recess 7 on a side surface of this one side split piece 1a. When coupling both split pieces 1a and 1b and sliding the slide piece 9 to other split piece 1b side, the slide piece 9 abuts the end of the projection 3 of the other side split piece 1b, and becomes a locked state. A coupling state can be made more certain by making the locked state like this.
